The Cox Gibson real estate group has been a lifesaver to me! For the past year or so, I have been dabling about what I should do about the house I had been living in for the past 32 years. I was, and still am, getting older and the big house I raised my kids in was getting to be more than I could handle. In passing, I found out an old acquaintance had recently became a realtor so I approached her for suggestions. Cindy and the rest of the team at Cox Gibsons worked with me to not only find a perfect new home for me to move into, but also to sell my family home. Cindy did so much in helping me over the hurdles of getting moved and settled. The group helped me sort through 32 years of collecting and sell the extra in a garage sale. Then they helped me dispose of all the things that didn't sell by taking stuff to goodwill and recycling. They got me a good, fair price and took care of all my needs and concerns. They were patient and courteous with me as I was stressing out and took care of making sure I was kept informed and understood all the paperwork and formalities. Cindy brought me to many houses, all on the peninsula, to help me find a place to move. And when we did find a place, they worked to negotiate the price to meet my budget. And like before, they made everything seem so seamless. I can't say enough about the Cox Gibson group! And I can't thank them enough for making everything happen! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. You won't be disappointed.

"There was zero obligation."

I have been meaning to write this review for several months. Maybe I procrastinated because we were moving in and getting settled and things were chaotic. Or, maybe because I wanted to make sure the review depicted how great they are. Either way, I'm glad I waited because I have had some additional experiences that I would like to share. The initial sale and purchase of our home went great. We sold crazy quick and got WAY above asking price. I can talk endlessly about how great AND fun Christel and Juli Ann both are to work with. I can also talk about how quickly they got our house market ready and went above and beyond in so many ways. All the typical things you read in realtor reviews and they all hold true for these women as well. What doesn't normally get shared is the handling of when something goes wrong after everything is signed and done and you're moved in. A month after moving in to our new home we discovered we had been given some incorrect information from our loan officer. It was an extremely unfortunate experience, at no fault of Christel or Juli Ann. The financial consequences to our family were MASSIVE. There was zero obligation, legally or morally, for these women to get involved and help us out. But they did. These women went to battle for us, advocated for us, and didn't let up until there was appropriate resolution, which we now have. They take their relationships with their clients seriously. I can confidently assure you that they will be by your side, advocating for you, every step of the way and then some. There are so many amazing realtors out there but how many of them can you say will still continue to drop everything to help, even when their role has come to an end? That's ultimately what you want. Someone who works hard and gets the job done but also someone that you can completely trust if something goes wrong. These are honorable business women with incredible integrity. I would have recommended them before our incident but now I can say I recommend them even more! You would be lucky and in great hands to be their clients.
