Adopt a Grandparent & Pick up a Holiday Wreath as our Gift to YOU! This Holiday Season — Bring Joy to a Local Senior 🎁

Every year, our team at Real Estate 55 Plus | Refined Roots Real Estate hosts our cherished Adopt-a-Grandparent event — a heartfelt way to brighten the holidays for seniors in our local community who might otherwise go without gifts to unwrap.

Here’s how it works:
🎁 We visit local senior communities and gather wish lists from residents who need a little extra love this season.
💝 You can “adopt” a grandparent, shop for their requested gifts, and help make their holiday special. We will also accept cash donations to purchase gifts for seniors on your behalf (contact Juli Anne at 253.370.8182 if you'd like to send through Venmo or Zelle).
🎄 Then, drop off your wrapped gift by December 6th at our Holiday Wreath Event — where you can also:

Pick up a FREE holiday wreath (24-inch fresh evergreen wreath from Sterino Farms with a custom bow)
Enjoy hot cocoa, apple cider, and Pao’s Donuts
Celebrate the spirit of giving with friends and neighbors

📍 Holiday Wreath Event & Gift Drop-Off:
Date: Saturday, December 6th
Time: 11am-3pm
Location: Central Co-Op Tacoma 4502 N Pearl St, Tacoma, WA 98407 (plenty of parking!)

Can’t make it to the wreath event?
