Sydney is the Client Services Specialist at Refined Roots Real Estate. Before joining the team, she worked as a behavior technician, supporting children with autism—experience that shaped her patience, empathy, and people-first approach.

Today, Sydney brings that same compassion to serving seniors and their families during major life transitions. She supports clients through many stages of the home-sale process, including packing and organizing belongings, coordinating the sale of unwanted items, and preparing homes for the market. Her calm presence and hands-on support help make what can feel like an overwhelming process more manageable and reassuring.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys crafting, working out, and spending time playing games with friends.
